A collection of Poetry written by me. Sometimes silly, sometimes Serious, not always well written, always from the heart. I used to belong to a poetry group and we would challenge each other to write a poem with a specific word in it. A lot of these poems are the results of these challenges.

Overwhelming
Overwhelmed
my mind is swirling electric pulses fly through grey how can I where can I connectionss being made will my sanity be saved? or will everything just short circuit?
I am the mother to 4 fantatic kids. I love thunderstorms, snuggling with my heathens, having my hair brushed (it is so relaxing), hot apple pie, simple foods (roast beef amd gravy), Eggs Benadict, sesame bagels with lots of cream cheese, the smell of wood smoke (as long as someone's house isn't burning down, and writing bad (IMO) poetry. My step dad was in a hard rock/heavy metal band so I grew up head banging. I have an older brother and 2 younger sisters, can you say middle child syndrom? I have a silly/ naughty/ sarcastic sense of humor. My favorite TV show is House and I like watching the Discovery,Learning, and History channels but do not like reading these subjects.
